Rönesans Holding took its first step into the real estate sector in 2001. Following the successes it achieved, it decided to continue its journey as Rönesans Gayrimenkul and, by becoming institutionalized in 2009, it managed to create brand value in this sector as well. In addition to mixed-use projects, shopping malls and office projects are among the areas where the brand is most assertive. As a result of the successful projects it has undertaken, the brand currently owns a total of 10 shopping malls in Turkey and has 37 properties in total with leasable space. In Russia, Rönesans, which focuses more on leasable office space, has a total of 4 office buildings, 1 office, 1 hotel, and 2 shopping malls. When considering the last quarter of the year, the number of office projects in Turkey and AVM projects in Russia has started to increase in the real estate sector.
